6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ticket Delivery: All tickets sold on Ceylon Stage are delivered electronically via email in PDF or digital format. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-receipt due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.
Collection (if applicable): For physical ticket collection (if required by organizer), a valid government-issued ID and order confirmation must be presented.
8. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers using Ceylon Stage agree to:
- Provide accurate event details (time, location, etc.)
- Fulfill the obligations of the event
- Honor tickets sold through the platform
- Handle customer service related to their event
Ceylon Stage acts as a facilitator only and is not liable for event outcomes.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell or duplicate tickets fraudulently
- Use the site for illegal purposes
- Tamper with the platform or payment systems
- Abuse, harass, or violate the rights of others on the platform
10. Entry Restrictions & Event Policies
Entry Requirements: It is your responsibility to verify the entry requirements of the venue or event. This may include age restrictions, dress codes, ID checks, and other organizer-defined rules.
Prohibited Items & Conduct: Venues may restrict items such as outside food/drink, professional cameras, or weapons. Attendees engaging in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may be denied entry or removed without refund.
No Re-Entry Policy: Some venues may enforce a no re-entry rule. Please confirm with the organizer or venue before exiting during an event.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, website content, and platform technology on Ceylon Stage are owned by or licensed to Quadexa LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Event-related artwork, promotional graphics, and materials are typically provided by event organizers or their partners, and remain their intellectual property. Ceylon Stage may assist in creating or adapting visual content with organizer permission for promotional purposes only.
Users and third parties may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from the platform — including event images — without prior written consent from the rightful owner or licensee.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ceylon Stage acts only as a facilitator between organizers and ticket buyers. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur at the venue or during the event. Attendance is at your own risk, and any complaints related to the venue, performance, or logistics should be directed to the event organizer.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadexa LLC and Ceylon Stage shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to event cancellations
- Damages resulting from ticket misuse
- Platform downtimes or third-party failures
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
14. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding ticket availability, event quality, or uninterrupted access to the platform.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
17. Governing Law
