Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued if:

Refunds exclude non-refundable service fees. Exchanges are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
Ticket Delivery & Collection
Delivery: Tickets are sent via email as PDFs or download links. Please ensure your email is correct.
Collection (if applicable): Physical ticket pickup requires a valid ID and order confirmation.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers using the platform must:
- Provide accurate event details
- Honor ticket sales through the platform
- Manage their event's customer support
Ceylon Stage only facilitates sales and listings and is not liable for event outcomes.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Resell or duplicate tickets fraudulently
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Abuse or harass others
- Tamper with payment or technical systems
Entry Restrictions & Event Policies
Entry Requirements: Attendees are responsible for checking entry policies including ID, dress codes, or age limits.
Prohibited Items: Venues may ban food, drinks, weapons, or cameras. Misconduct may result in removal without refund.
No Re-Entry: Some venues enforce a no re-entry policy. Please verify in advance.
Intellectual Property
All branding and content is owned by Quadexa LLC unless stated otherwise. Organizer-supplied content remains their property. No content may be reproduced without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect user information.
Limitation of Liability
Ceylon Stage is not responsible for damages, injuries, or inconveniences at events. All participation is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to platform use and ticket facilitation.

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee ticket availability, event quality, or uninterrupted platform access.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here and are effective immediately upon publishing.
Termination
