  • Event Cancellation:** If the event is canceled entirely by the organizer.
  • Event Postponement:** Refunds may be available upon request, subject to organizer approval.
  • Organizer Approval:** If the event organizer has a policy that allows refunds and authorizes it.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service Fees:** All service fees charged during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Partially Attended Events:** No refunds will be issued for events that are partially attended or left early.
